Therapy
My therapeutic techniques have evolved to include mind body therapy in addition to talk therapy. Due to scientific research in neurology, advances have been made in knowing how our bodies and mind store and process emotional issues. This has made it possible to target long held emotional memories and behaviors that interfere with living effectively in the present. My techniques are non-touch and work with both thoughts and emotions. They heal at the core to alleviate the pain of past wounds and traumas, while promoting lifelong healing.
