My practice is grounded in mindful nonjudgement and compassion. I work with each person according to their unique personality and needs. I’ve immersed myself in a practice that uses a range of modalities and approaches in order to enhance healing and to provide tools to take away from our work together. About me
In addition to my Master’s Degree in Counseling psychology, I have 42 years of experience in psychotherapy with individuals, couples and groups. I have committed to years of varied and specialized trainings to meet my client’s needs. My personal healing and life experiences allow me to relate and support an array of individuals. It has been my passion and life’s work to help others find the life satisfaction I know they can achieve.
